On August 25-26, a complete set of power test equipment ordered by a customer in Meishan, Chengdu, Sichuan, successfully completed commissioning and passed acceptance, marking its official commissioning. The successful commissioning and acceptance not only demonstrates the equipment supplier’s expertise and service level, but also provides solid technical support for the customer’s subsequent power testing.
The acceptance was conducted by Sichuan XX Technology Co., Ltd., and the test site was located in Section 4, West Qitong Road, Dongpo District, Meishan City. The equipment purchased by the Sichuan customer included: a power frequency withstand voltage tester (YDJZ-5kVA/50kV), a transformer DC resistance tester (MS-510R), a transformer no-load and capacity tester (MS-560), a DC high-voltage generator (ZGF-60kV/2mA), a loop resistance tester (MSHL-100A), a relay protection tester (MS-702C), and a complete safety equipment inspection device (MSAQJY-I), totaling 14 sets of equipment. During the commissioning process, the equipment supplier, Musen Electric, dispatched experienced electrical tester Shen, who strictly adhered to the equipment’s technical standards and operating procedures. Shen first conducted a comprehensive inspection of the equipment, ensuring that all components were correctly connected and functioning properly. Subsequently, according to the equipment commissioning plan, he gradually tested and calibrated various functions to ensure stable operation under various operating conditions.
On August 25th, the circuit breaker test began, beginning with an explanation of mechanical characteristics and loop resistance. This test was then successfully completed using our precision equipment, the MSHL-100A loop resistance tester and the MSGK-E high-voltage switch dynamic characteristics tester. Next, the instrument transformer, turns ratio polarity, and excitation characteristics tests were performed (equipment: instrument transformer characteristics tester MS-601B, transformer turns ratio tester MS-100B). After that, we conducted lightning arrester tests (equipment: DC high-voltage generator ZGF-60kV/2mA). In the afternoon, we began protection and transformer tests (equipment: transformer DC resistance tester MS-510R, relay protection tester MS-702C).
On the morning of August 26th, we conducted safety tool inspections and installed insulation test equipment, including insulating boots, gloves, an insulating rod, and a tester (equipment: complete safety tool inspection device MSAQJY-I). We also completed transformer capacity and no-load tests (equipment: transformer no-load and capacity tester MS-560).
After two days of rigorous commissioning and testing, the power test equipment successfully passed customer acceptance. During the acceptance process, the customer representative conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the equipment’s performance, accuracy, and stability, and gave it high praise. The customer stated that the equipment fully meets their power test needs and will effectively improve their testing efficiency and accuracy. The equipment supplier pledged to continue providing comprehensive technical support and after-sales service after the equipment is operational. The commissioning and acceptance of the complete set of power test equipment for the customer in Chengdu, Sichuan was a complete success. The customer signed the product acceptance form with satisfaction and expressed his willingness to strengthen cooperation and exchanges with Musen Electric.
